Keep your health, and it’ll keep you.
Many would keep a regular journal on their health journeys as a way to stay organised, track progress, clarify thoughts, understand themselves better, and reflect on their experiences.
On this tangent, the Health Promotion Board’s annual report for 2017 is written as a journal of sorts, providing snapshots of HPB’s efforts in shaping healthy behaviours and its positive impact on the lives of the Singapore public.
